Short for Brew In Reverse Direction, this one-of-a-kind device uses piston pressure and no-bypass brewing to create layered, expressive cups unlike anything from espresso, pour-over or immersion alone. Its a new format designed for precision, control and creative exploration.

Instead of water bypassing the grounds, the Birds sealed chamber ensures full saturation using vacuum pressure. This allows for finer grinds, extended contact time, and remarkable clarity without clogging. The result is a cup thats clean, rich and highly controlled.
