The Harmsco PPFS-BB-20-1 20 Calypso Blue Poly-Pleat Fail Safe Filter substantially removes a wide array of contaminants from water such as silt, sediment, cysts and turbidity. The pleated polypropylene filter media provides more surface area for longer life and increased particle removal. The Fail Safe filter has an additional inner wrap of filter media that makes it slightly more efficient than the standard Poly-Pleat filter and brings it up to code for Surface Water Treatment Rule LT1.
